These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RPathletix website and enrollment in our training programs, including the Complete Hitters System ("CHS"). By using our website, booking a call, or enrolling your athlete, you ("you," the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms.
RPathletix provides youth baseball hitting development, including physical, mental, and emotional performance training, delivered through small-group and individual sessions at our private training facility in the Torrance / South Bay area of California. Program details, schedules, and availability are communicated at enrollment and may be updated from time to time.
All athletes must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling an athlete, you represent that you are that athlete's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
RPathletix offers a money-back guarantee tied to completion of the 12-week Complete Hitter's Protocol. To qualify, the athlete must complete the full 12-week protocol, including attending the sessions prescribed within it. If, upon completion, the targeted performance patterns have not measurably changed, you may request a full refund of membership fees paid during that period. Except as described in this guarantee, all payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions or mid-month cancellations.
You may cancel your membership at any time with written notice (email or text). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Baseball training is a physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, impact injuries, and, in rare cases, serious injury. By enrolling your athlete, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. You represent that your athlete is physically able to participate and has no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. A separate liability waiver must be signed prior to the athlete's first session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPathletix, its owner, coaches, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RPathletix in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Testimonials and results shown on our website reflect real member outcomes but are not typical and are not guaranteed. Athletic development depends on individual effort, attendance, physical ability, and application of coaching. Aside from the specific money-back guarantee in Section 5, RPathletix makes no promise of specific performance outcomes, statistics, roster placement, or scholarships.
From time to time, RPathletix may photograph or record training sessions for instructional and promotional use (including social media). Your media preferences will be collected in the enrollment documents, and you may opt your athlete out of promotional media at any time by written notice.
We maintain a positive, focused training environment. RPathletix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for behavior by an athlete or parent that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to other athletes. In such cases, refunds are at our sole discretion.
All content on our website and in our programs — including the Complete Hitters System name, training curriculum, drills, frameworks, and materials — is the property of RPathletix and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from RPathletix related to scheduling, enrollment, and program updates by email, phone, and text message. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time (reply STOP to texts or click unsubscribe in emails). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
